How to Apply OBC Certificate

There are three ways to Apply.

Online Applying Process:
  • Open this Link.
  • Fill up the Form and Create a Login Id & Password.(Note Down your ID & Password)
  • Click on “Register”.
  • after Register, Open this Link.
  • Enter your Created Login ID & Password.
  • After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.
  • Click on “Fresh Application” link.
  • On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  • On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 2 (Online Form application) section and click on “Click here to fill the application form online” link.
  • Fill Up the Form.
  • Click on “Submit”.
  • Click “View Saved Application” link, select the application and click “Upload Supporting Documents” button.
  • Upload the supporting documents.
Offline Applying Process:
  • Open this Link.
  • Fill up the Form and Create a Login Id & Password.(Note Down your ID & Password)
  • Click on “Register”.
  • after Register, Open this Link.
  • Enter your Created Login ID & Password.
  • After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.
  • Click on “Fresh Application” link .
  • On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  • On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1(Offline Form application) section and click on Form Name to download the e-Form.
  • Fill the e-Form in offline mode (Internet connection is not required to fill e-Form).
  • Login to the application and on the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1 (Offline Form application) section and click on “Click here to upload the filled form” link.
  • Browse to the filled e-Form and click on “Add” button.
Applying Across the counters:
  • Download this Form.
  • Fill up.
  • Submit it to the counter.

List of Required Documents:

  • Copy of Residence Proof (Mandatory)
  • Copy of Verification Leaf (Optional)
  • Copy of Proof of Age (Mandatory)
  • Copy of Ration Card (Mandatory)
  • Copy of Self Declaration’s form (Mandatory)

  14. सर मेरा परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश से आकर तीन साल से पंजाब जिला पटियाला में रह रहा है। यहां पर ही सभी प्रमाण पत्र बन गये हैं लेकिन जाति प्रमाण पत्र नही बन रहा है। हमारी जाति धीवर (ओ बी सी) है ये जाति पंजाब मे नही है। हमारी मदद करे।

  24. This problem is probably due to Website Server Down or Unsupported Browser. Please Try other browser like Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge), Google Chrome on PC. If this process doesn’t work, it could be a server problem. Try at another time. Or you can apply through the office counter. Thank You.

  25. I already own obc certificate of 2009 , what to do get non creamy layer certificate. Presently I m staying outside punjab , and couldn’t come for applying of certificate

    My name is varinder i belong to punjab .my age is 27. My father’s background is from Uttar Pradesh. But he has been living in punjab since 1980. We have all proof from punjab.
    My caste is Maurya (BC) which is under punjab’s BC list. Can i produce my caste certificate??
