1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Punjab Transparency & Accountability in Delivery of Public Services Rules, 2018.

A committee is constituted to study the two applications of NIC- Web-Suwidha and Right to Service Information System (RTSIS) under-development and suggest the application to be used for monitoring of services requests and pendency position of services notified under RTS Act 2011.
Constitution of Governance Reforms Monitoring Unit (GRMU)
The functions of the Governance Reforms Monitoring Unit (GRMU) will be: Day-to-day monitoring of disposal of applications received in respect of services notified under RTS Act, 2011/Web-Suwidha.
