In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Punjab co-operative Societies Act, 1961, the Government of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules namely.
Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017
This Rules was published by the Punjab Government. This Rules was amended. The Amendment Rules is notified.
Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service Rules, 2016
No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service, unless he possesses the qualifications and experience, as specified against that post in Appendix ‘B.’
Punjab Cooperative Audit (Group ‘B’) Service Rules, 2016
Governor of Punjab is pleased to make Punjab Cooperative Audit (Group ‘B’) Service Rules, 2016 regulating the recruitment & conditions of Services of the persons appointed to the Punjab Cooperative Audit (Group ‘B’) Service.
The Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961
No society, other than a society of which a member is a cooperative society, shall be registered under this Act, unless it consists of at least ten individuals above the age of 18 years.
