An Act to establish and incorporate a University in the State of Punjab to be known as the RIMT University for the purposes of making provisions for instruction, teaching, education, research, training and related activities at all levels in disciplines of higher education including professional, medical, technical, general education, language and literature, and to provide for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;
