1.0 Some of the School Heads have pointed out the problems being faced by them regarding non compliance of their orders by the senior teachers particularly lecturers.

2.0 The School Heads have pointed out that many of their staff members refuse to note down the orders both verbally as well as in writing. Some of them are not even punctual and when pointed out by School Heads they tend to make complaints against School Heads themselves for frivolous reasons.

3.0 It is clarified that the management of the school is under the complete control of the School Heads only. All school teachers working in the school are supposed to take the orders and the directions given by School Head. However, they are free to give their suggestions regarding the management of the their school to the respective School Heads in case they feel appropriate and School Heads are supposed to give due consideration.

3.0 All concerned are hereby requested to ensure that this advice is duly complied with by all.
