No.12/01/2017-5hg2/PF/1471256/1 In partial modification of notification No. 12/01/2017-5hg2/1806 dated 18.10.2018 issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development regarding Regularization of Unauthorized Colonies/Plots/Buildings in the State of Punjab, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to amend clause 3(ii) in the above said notification to the extent as given below:-
(1)This amendment shall be effective from the date of notification.
(2)In the said clause 3(ii) the following provision is substituted:-
“Competent Authority” means
a) Chief Administrator of the Concerned Special Development Authority in case of area falling outside Municipal Limits for the purpose of regularization of colonies.
b) Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, in case of area falling within Municipal Corporation limits.
c) Regional Deputy Director, Local Government for the area falling within Municipal Limits of Municipal/Nagar Councils, and
d) Estate Officer (Regulatory) of the Concerned Special Development Authority in case of Regularization of plots/buildings falling outside Municipal Limits.
