Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Employees Travelling Allowance Regulations, 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 182 of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 (Punjab Act No. 11 of 1995) the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-

PUNJAB URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY EMPLOYEES (TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE) REGULATIONS’ 1997

1. Short title, commencement and application.
2. Definitions.
3. Gradation.
4. Commencement and end of Journey.
5. Traveling Allowance for Journey.
6. Rate of accommodation.
7. Mode of travel.
8. Booking Charges.
9. Journey by lower class.
10. Charging of fare where stations are connected by rail.
11. Journey in higher class.
12. Daily allowance.
13. Loading and boarding.
14. Rates of lodging and boarding.
15. Halting Allowance.
16. Period for which daily allowance is admissible.
17. Journey by Authority’s Car.
18. Journey by own conveyance.
19. Eligibility of employees attending courses, seminars etc.
20. Actual time of travelling.
21. Journey not covered by these regulations.
22. Matters not provided in these regulations.
23. Repeal and saving.
