No. S.O.151/P.A.9/1994/S.209/2018/.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 209 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 1994) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Notification No.S.O.121/P.A.9/1994/S.209/Amd./2018, dated the 21st August, 2018, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, in clause (ii), for the figures and words “14th October 2018”, the figures and words “15th December, 2018” shall be substituted.
