Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017

Notification

No. G.S.R. 18/Const./Art.309/Amd.(1)/2017.–In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service Rules, 2016, namely :

RULES

1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Punjab Cooperative (Group-B) Service Rules, 2016, in Appendix “A”, under the heading ‘Number of Posts’, under sub-headings ‘Permanent’ and ‘Total’,

(i) In Serial No.4, for the figures “170” and “170”, the figures “167” and “167” shall, respectively, be substituted; and

(ii) In Serial No.5, for the figures “5” and “5”, the figures “8” and “8” shall, respectively, be substituted.
