Subject:- Regarding Second Counselling of Students for Admission in Meritorious Schools, class 10+1 (Academic Session 2018-19).

Further to this office letter No. MS/34l(A)/2018/1987-88 dated 02.07.2018 & MS/34l(A)/2018/2061-64 dated 10.07.2018 on the subject cited above.

2. Second Counselling of students for admission in Class 10+1 of Meritorious Schools which was to take place on 19 & 20.07.2018, has been postponed and will now take place as under:-

• (a) 23.07.2018 – For Girls
• (b) 24.07.2018 – For Boys

3. Details of vacant seats for admission in Class 10+1 of Meritorious Schools as on 16.07.2018 is as under:-

DM, MIS is requested to intimate the students who had qualified the entrance test but due to some reasons were uable to attend the first counselling & also students in the order of merit, were unable to get qualifying 50% marks in the entrance exam but have scored upto 45% marks in the entrance test. Lists of the said students may be sent to all DEO’s (SE) and Princpals of Meritorious Schoolsfor conduct of second counselling on 23 & 24.07.2018.
