  1. Its good to see the email id of top level functionaries but the e mail id of field level functionaries are still not availale on their sites. For example email ids of dy directors of local government officers at district and block level are not given for easy access. the list indicates only their phone numbers. It will add to hte accessibility if the e mail ids of such functionaries are also given.

  2. I emailed my concerns and complaints regarding my village`s problems to different ministers ,secretaries and Jalandhar DC `S email ids but i didn’t get any answer from anybody .

  3. i emailed my grievance to state public grievance officer on 05 april 2017.
    (a) it wasnt given any registration number. (b) it wasnt ‘dated’. (c) its receipt wasnt acknowledged after
    it was “submitted” at the end of the page. so it was incomplete and one cannot expect any reply
    thank you.

    I am 81 years old man as such I am Senior citizen of India. I am workman. The employer has not paid salary and thrown/sunt out of service by using force. I have moved application dated 3-2-2011 to the Labour Inspector, Khanna, District Ludhiana. I have filed case no. 431 dated 8-7-2011 and case no. PW Act/ Con. 6/ 2011, in case titled as, Reham Din Vs Nirmal Singh before Assistant Labour Commissioner, Khanna, District Ludhiana as such now the said case is pending before the court of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Circle no. 6, Ludhiana and is fixed for 23-10-2017. Hon’ble court of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Ludhiana has recorded evidence of the workman Reham Din and heard arguments but Hon’ble court of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Ludhiana has not decide the case of workman Reham Din. I have no hope of justice from this Hon’ble court. A period of more than 6 years 2 months 20 days has been elapsed till date.
    It is, therefore, prayed that emergent legal action be taken and my case be decided immediately, in the interest of justice.

Sar ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਜੈ ਕੁਮਾਰ So/ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮੈ ਪਿੰਡ ਛੀਟਾਵਾਲਾ (ਮਨਸੂਰਪੁਰ) ਜਿਲਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਆ। ਸਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼੍ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ So/ ਖੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਛੀਟਾਵਾਲਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਅਲੀਪੁਰ ਤੋ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਡਰਾਇਗ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ (ਸਰਾਲਾ ਖੁਰਦ ) ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੂਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਲਾ ਬਰਖ ਪੇਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਵੀ ਲੈਦਾ ਸੀ। ਮੈ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੇਟਰ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸੋ ਜੋ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ। ਔ ਮੈਨੂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਤੇ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਦਾ ਸੀ। ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਹਿ ਜਾਦਾ ਸੀ। ਵੀ ਮੈ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਆ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਨਾਭੇ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਨਰਮਾਣਾ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਮੈ ਪੇਟ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਦਾ ਠੇਕਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਿਕ ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂ ਅਪਣਾ ਅਡੈਟੀ ਕਾਡ ਦਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਮੈ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਆ ਸੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਹਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੲਈ ਸੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ 20.000 ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ 20.000 ਦੇ ਦਵੇ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੱਕ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਾਈ ਸੇਵਕ ਸਨ। ਨੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਤੇ ਵਿਸਵਾਸ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਉਹ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਨੂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਤੋ ਇਲਾਵਾ 20.000 ਵੱਧ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ।ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਜਦੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਤਾ ਮੈ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਮੰਗੇ ਤਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕੇ ਮੈ ਪੈਸੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਪੈਣ ਤੇ ਦਿਉ ਗਾ। ਸੋ ਐਦਾ ਹੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਲਾਰੇ ਲਾਇ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਈ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਤੋ ਡੇਡ ਸਾਲ ਬੀਤ ਗਿਆ । ਪਰ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਨੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਹੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਚੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਕੇ ਬਨੇਰੇ ਕਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰ ਤੇ ਸਰਾਲਾ ਖੁਰਦ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰ ਤੋ ਪੈਸੇ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੇ ਮੈ ਫੇਰ ਪਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸਿਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਵੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ । ਸੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਿ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫੋਡ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤਾ ਮੈ (ਸਰਾਲਾ ਖੁਰਦ ) ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪਿ੍ਸੀਪਲ ਤੋ ਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਪੁਛਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਇੱਸ ਦਾ ਅਡੈਟੀ ਕਾਡ ਵੀ ਜਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਕਾਉਡਿਗ ਵੀ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਠੰਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅਡੈਟੀ ਕਾਡ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਠੋਸ ਸਬੂਤ ਹਨ।

Mine r c is not being renewed deptt clerks says go to Jalandhar RTA office’ Jalandhar concerned clerks says go to Nawanshahr sbs nagar RTA office I am fed-up this system punjab transport department thrice I visited RTA office nothing is done of my work my deceased father was ritered from transport department from post of chief inspector also honourary he worked on post of works manager at sbs nagar due his health issues I really miss him my work in jeopardy I have every document with me but my work is not being done I request minister mr bhullar sahib take action on my work so that works be done corruption hassle free thanks
