Determining Charges for Approval of Marriage Palaces

Whereas the Government of Punjab has notifies a policy for CLU, DEC, License/permission fee and SIF charges applicable for the permission of various projects by the department of Housing and Urban Development in the state of Punjab vide Notification no. 17/17/2001-5hgl/rF/748168/15 dated 06-05-2016.

Whereas an anomaly has occurred while mentioning the names of Towns falling under Potential Zone-3 of this notification for determining charges for approval of Marriage Palaces which causes confusion for smooth functioning of the Department.

Now, therefore, in order to remove this anomaly, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to partially amend the previous policy notified vide no. 17/17/2001- 5hgl/PF/748168/15 dated 06-05-2016 to extent as given below:-
