CONSTRUCTION OF DR. B.R. AMBEDKAR BHAWANS (State Plan Scheme)

To commemorate the birth of Bharat Ratna Baba Sahib Dr. B.R. Ambedkar the Punjab Govt. had decided to set up Ambedkar Bhawan at each distt. Headquarter. The construction of Bhawans has been completed in Distt. Ropar, Ferozepur, Moga, Patiala, Gurdaspur, Bathinda, Faridkot, Sangrur, Fatehgarh Sahib, Kapurthala, Mukatsar, Mansa,Ludhiana and Nawan Shahr. The construction work is going on in distt. Amritsar, Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar whereas the matter for allotment of land for construction of Ambedakr Bhawans at S.A.S. Nagar, Tarn Taran and Barnala is under consideration of the Govt.
