No. S.O. 75/P.A. 19/1994/S.73/2016.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of section 73 of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No.19 of 1994), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab in due consuitation with the Election Commission, is plased to make as amendment in the Government of Punjab, Department of Election Notification No.S.O.40/P.A.19/1994 /S.73/ 2015, dated the 11th September, 2015, namely:-
Amendment
In the said notification, in Serial No. 7, against item 4, under the column 4 titled as ‘Officers appointed as Presiding Officers’, for the words “Assistant Commissioner (G) Ferozepur”, the words “Sub-Divisonal Magistrate, Ferozepur” shall be substituted.
